Kenzi Menara Palace & Resort Marrakesh

During our stay, we found the hotel to be conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city without getting scammed in the center. We also discovered a local mall nearby with a supermarket, which was great for picking up any necessities we needed. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The service provided by the staff was excellent, always friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast spread was impressive and offered a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the opportunity to participate in aquarobics classes. the hotel provided a pleasant and enjoyable stay for our family.

The dinner options at the hotel were not as appealing, with the buffet being just okay and the Moroccan restaurant not always open.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, and a calming atmosphere. The hotel's location is convenient and the spa is a highlight. The food is delicious with friendly staff. The early check-in and flexible check-out policy were appreciated.

Luxury, exceptionally clean hotel, excellent value. The property was set in a very very nice area. Quite close to the airport, 0.5 km, perfect for an early flight. Had elegant room with nice garden view and very effective aircon plus 2 bathrooms for a very very good stay.

Spacious rooms with a "Riad" style, lovely grounds, huge swimming pool, buffet breakfast with variety, helpful concierge!

Luxurious place overall, it is clean, location is perfect close to the airport. Early check-in and late check-out, hard-working staff.

It was quite comfortable time in Marrakesh. We thoroughly enjoyed the very central location and how clean the place was kept...

the spa and wellness centre were exceptional and the full body massage was rejuvenating. the outdoor swimming pool offered stunning views of the garden area and I enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace. the breakfast buffet was ample and varied, and the restaurant served delicious meals.

The only minor issue I had was with the service. Although the staff were friendly, there was a slight lack of attention to detail in the service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was tidy and comfortable. The staff, especially the Front Office Manager and Concierge, were really good. They helped us when my wife and I got sick and had to go to the hospital. The whole staff, including housekeepers, room service, and the kids club, were amazing. The pool was great, and they even gave us a bigger suite that was more suitable for our family. The spa services were good, and there was safe parking for our car. The hotel is just outside the tourist center, but still close to the city center.
